The FileConverter is an application, installable as service in MS-Windows (32 and 64bit), to monitor folders and e-mail boxes and automatically convert the contained documents to the PDF, PDF/A or TIFF file format. With that, multiple folders or also MS-Exchange and POP3 mailboxes can be configured and monitored.
An unlimited iOCR Standard OCR Engine is integrated with FileConverterPro including (+) PDF/A and iOCR add-on.
Our maintenance agreement is optional but highly recommended: it ensures you receive continuous updates, bug fixes, critical patches, and priority product support. With a valid maintenance contract, you will get new major releases (when the first digit of the version number changes) at half price, ongoing updates to the latest version are completely free of charge for you.
Maintenance agreement for the MAY Computer or XKEY products is valid for 12 months and is payable in advance.
