Softwaremaintenance and Support include Updates, Upgrades, Patches and Support and is to be payed in advance for 12 month. Additionally you are entitled to get Hotlinesupport, Installation Assistance (remote, per email or phone) as well as an urgent problemsolvingsupport.
You can reach our technical support on working days from Monday to Thursday 9:30a.m. -05:00p.m. and Friday 9:30a.m. - 03:00p.m.!
For all softwareproducts from MAY Computer additionally is effective: You will get a 50% discount on new releases (change of first position of versionnumber). Licenses for a new release within 6 month after purchase is free for customers with valid maintenance agreement.
Maintenance for Server- or Terminalserverlicenses and Integrations are mandatory, for client products optional. This agreement is valid for 12 month and and a prolongation needs an order.
